BE SINCERE! Judging By “Love No Go Die” & “Wavy Level”, Is Olamide Still Killing It Up To Your Expectation?

Hi Guys,
Lets discuss about Nigeria’s Most Decorated & Celebrated Artiste of the Moment & its no other than “Olamide” baddo  – I know say some of una go don wet for here
We are already in the 6th month of the year, while Davido, Runtown, Wizkid, Tekno are taking over the radar having dropped different banging joints, Our dearOlamide has only blessed us with 2 Tracks even when he knows we will Download or Buy his song at any cost even if he drops songs every day but decided to leave us battling with just 2 singles in the last 6 months.. E no good o!
Wait! is Baddo struggling to give us banging song? It’s really unusual and we are not happy about this!
Olamide debut this year with “Love No Go Die” which comes out as an average love song that could not stand the test of time.
After few weeks of release, the track “Love No Go Die” by Olamide died amidst pressures from Song like that of Davido’s IfWizkid’s Come CloserRuntown’s Mad Over You even Kiss Daniel’s Sofa swept it apart.
Meanwhile, Wavy Level which is Olamide’s second single of the year is dope but we think it’s still finding it hard to clinch the top. It is quite sad that the song is no match even for “Penalty” by Small Doctor which is still rocking the streets. Our thought though.
Gone are the days of Durosoke, Who You Epp, Melo Melo, Shakitibobo, Voice Of The Streets and many other baddo songs that made hits in just few hours of release.
These Olamide’s new material “Love No Go Die” & “Wavy Level” won’t even getenough Downloads/Purchase if some of his old content like “Duro Soke” or “Shakiti Bobo” were put up for sale or downloads online together as at today June 2017. This really shows Baddo is no longer looking at his Drawing board any longer.
Does it mean Olamide has decided to rest on past Glory after his “The Glory Album”? That’s a question for another day.
Now, considering his past songs and focusing on his latest efforts “Love No Go Die” & “Wavy Level” – Would You Say Olamide Is Still Killing It Up To Your Expectation?
Feel free to share your sincere opinion!!
Lets Talk
